Managing Attorney

Attorney Patrick L. Forte has thirty-five years of experience representing consumers and small businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. A graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, he is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). He has an AV rating in the Martindale and Hubbel rating system, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical character as voted by his peers.

Associate Attorney

Attorney Anne Shiau graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004. She then received her Juris Doctor degree in 2010 from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was ranked in the top 10% of her class. She is a Witkin Award recipient and was inducted into the Order of the Coif in 2010*.
